Building Bridges: How Canada, Poland, and Ukraine Can Collaborate on Energy Solutions Amidst U.S. Tariffs

Updated: Feb 6

In an era marked by shifting trade policies and increasing geopolitical tensions, Canada, Poland, and Ukraine find themselves facing a common challenge: navigating the impact of U.S. tariffs and solving energy security. With tariffs on Canadian imports and potential tariffs on European goods, the need for collaboration on energy solutions has never been more urgent.

Canada, with its abundant natural resources, Poland, with its strategic position in Europe, and Ukraine, with its rich energy potential, are well-positioned to forge a powerful alliance. By working together, they can mitigate the impacts of tariffs and enhance energy security for all three regions.

The collaboration can take many forms, from joint investments in natural gas infrastructure to technological partnerships that drive innovation. By sharing expertise and resources, Canada, Poland, and Ukraine can develop resilient energy systems that reduce dependency on volatile markets and geopolitical uncertainties.

This vision is at the heart of Canadian Energy Ventures (CEV), a newly established company dedicated to fostering energy collaboration between Canada, Poland, and Ukraine. CEV not only provides consulting services but also serves as a vital networking platform that connects companies for expertise exchange and business opportunities.

As part of its mission, CEV is hosting its inaugural seminar on February 19th, focusing on the critical role of natural gas in the energy landscape. Additionally, CEV will host an in-person event in Warsaw, Poland, on March 11th, providing an opportunity for industry leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders to meet face-to-face and deepen their collaborative efforts with events in Calgary to follow.

As we face an increasingly complex global landscape, the partnership between Canada, Poland, and Ukraine stands as a beacon of cooperation and progress. Together, they can turn challenges into opportunities, ensuring a stable and sustainable energy future for all.

Join us at CEV’s inaugural seminar to be part of the conversation shaping the future of energy. Together, we can pave the way towards.
